Perfect location close to the airport and the city centre. Very friendly staff.

Waterfront resturant next door... Breakfast in AM...Overall pretty clean, very convienient to the Airport and a nice staff...
Bathroom door swings into tub... Don't like the key card requirement for the elevator... Doesn't seem like a hotel that has a lot of folks wondering in off of the street based on it's location and you always have something in your arms when getting on/off of the elevator...

Enjoyed our stay very much, my husband is a hard person to impress and he had no complaints, the location was perfect near the airport, and the service was excellent, one of the better hotels we have stayed at and will highly recommend it, the service with the shuttle was excellent. Thanks

I appreciated the prompt service we received when we checked in. Amin was very professional and answered our questions and when we realized there was nothing open in the hotel to get a meal at midnight, he directed us well to where we could eat that was good and not far away and called us a cab. Very good customer service, so pass that on to him, Amin is an asset to your establishment.
I was surprised that a hotel that claims to be an airport hotel, wouldn't have facilities open round the clock for guests arriving in Vancouver at all hours of the day and night, to get meals or snacks other than in vending machines. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good.

Proximity to Airport, Shuttle service both to Casino/entertainment and to from airport. Shuttle service went out of their way to accommodate us. Great Restaurant and harbour view.

I like to location to the airport and that it was clean, quiet, very comfortable beds and affordable. Great shuttle service. Loved the airport check in at the hotel. I haven't read the guest reviews so I'll say yes but I don't really know...and would have liked an n/a option.
